This notice explains what information is requested on the Trident cabin enquiry page, how it is intended to be used, and how to contact us about it.
What information a cabin enquiry collects
When you request accommodation, we ask for the main booker’s name, contact number and email, your preferred package and cabin type, stay dates, number of rooms and passengers, passenger names, travel and ferry preferences, and any remarks you choose to provide. You may optionally enter passport/ID number, issuing and expiry dates, issuing country, date of birth, gender and nationality. Please do not upload photographs or scans of identity documents.
Why the information is needed
Trident Poker Series uses the details to review your request, contact you about cabin and ferry availability, confirm relevant event-package eligibility, prepare the passenger information required by the vessel operator if you proceed, and maintain booking and service records. Submitting the form is not an immediate cabin reservation, payment or entitlement to a ticket or gift.
Who may receive the information
Booking details are stored through the website’s Base44 service and are intended to be accessible to authorised Trident booking administrators. When necessary to arrange your travel or confirm your stay, relevant details may be shared with World Cruises and/or its authorised booking and ferry providers. Such providers may process information outside your home jurisdiction. The website does not publish your passenger details in public pages.
When full travel details are needed
Only passenger names are required to make an initial enquiry. Additional passport and identity particulars may be required before the operator can issue confirmed travel tickets or approve boarding. You may choose to provide these details to the Trident booking team later rather than entering them with your initial request.
Corrections, withdrawal and requests for deletion
For questions about the information you provided, or to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, write to tridentpokerseries@gmail.com and identify the booking request reference where available. We will review your request against booking needs and applicable legal and operational obligations. Withdrawal of necessary booking consent may mean we cannot continue processing the reservation.
Information security and retention
The booking interface is designed to restrict access to passenger records and operator confirmation fields to administrator accounts; the live hosted permissions and submission flow must be verified before accepting customers. Records should only be kept for legitimate booking, service and legal purposes and handled through access-controlled processes. Do not share passport particulars through public comments or ordinary WhatsApp messages.
Important changes and contact
This booking-data notice describes the intended website process as at October 2026. We may update it if the booking process or the requirements of World Cruises change.
