These terms explain how our cabin enquiry process, prices, payments and tournament arrangements work for Trident Poker Series α · Edition 001, 4–6 December 2026.
Who we are
Trident Poker Series is an independent Singapore-based poker tournament and community event organiser. We organise the poker series independently of World Cruises, which operates the vessel. Our January 2026 event aboard World Legacy was a soft launch; Trident Poker Series α — Edition 001, the first official edition, is scheduled for 4–6 December 2026 aboard the World Cruises vessel World Legacy.
What this website does
This website presents our tournament programme and travel information, and lets you submit a cabin enquiry. Submitting the enquiry form is a request for our team to check availability and contact you. It is not a reservation, purchase, ticket or confirmation of any cabin, ferry sailing, gift or tournament seat.
Cabin requests, prices and eligibility
All cabin amounts are in Singapore dollars and are per cabin, not per person. Early Bird 1A and 1B cover the two nights of 4–6 December 2026 and require an eligible participant in the corresponding Friday Main Event flight. If the relevant flight is not played, the difference to the applicable non-qualifying package must be paid and complimentary gifts will be forfeited. Cabin categories, layouts, suitability and allocations are subject to operator confirmation, even if a request names a particular type.
What the cabin price does not include
The Poseidon’s Crown Main Event buy-in of S$700 per participating player is separate and is not included in any cabin price. Ferry tickets and tournament entries are separate. Specific ferry sailings, fares, boarding requirements and any additional charges must be confirmed with the relevant operator; do not assume they are included in the cabin price.
Payment and confirmation
No payment is taken through this website and no card details are collected here. Upfront payment is required to secure a cabin booking after our team advises you of the available option and the applicable payment instructions. Complimentary gifts and hoodie sizes depend on eligibility and availability. A submitted request alone is not a confirmed booking.
Cancellation, changes and refunds
There are no refunds once a cabin booking is confirmed, subject to any rights that applicable law requires. If your originally requested cabin type is unavailable during the confirmation process, our team will explain the next available option and any refund or top-up difference before you decide whether to proceed. Operator-side changes to sailings and boarding remain subject to the relevant operator’s terms.
Travel documents and operator conditions
Each guest is responsible for valid travel and identity documents and for meeting the entry, exit, boarding and eligibility requirements that apply to their own itinerary. Ask the ferry and cruise operators to confirm the applicable procedures and any departure-port restrictions before committing to travel.
Tournament participation
Tournament buy-ins are paid separately from cabin and travel arrangements. Shot clocks, time banks and blind structures are published on our Tournaments page, and event-specific changes are announced before play. Tournament procedures are administered by authorised tournament staff under the published player guide and applicable venue requirements. Please play responsibly.

Tournament dates, buy-ins and cabin rates are published in good faith and may change where the operator or the event requires it. Links to third-party articles, calendars and partner websites are independent references and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership. References to external publications and partner organisations are shown for information and should not be interpreted as an endorsement unless a partnership is explicitly identified.
Questions and formal agreements
These conditions describe how this website and our cabin enquiry process work as at October 2026. They do not replace the operator’s terms, the final booking and cancellation conditions, or any formal agreement you sign with us, which will set out its own terms and dispute process.
