TRIDENT POKER SERIES · WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility statement.

How we aim to make the Trident Poker Series website usable for everyone, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

01

Our approach

Trident Poker Series is a small, independent event organiser. We want this website to work for as many visitors as possible, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology. We build and review the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA in mind as a practical target, and we welcome reports when something does not work well.

02

How the site is built

Each page has one main heading and clear section headings, so the structure is easy to follow. Pages use a header, one main region and a footer, with a “Skip to main content” link at the start for keyboard and screen-reader users. The navigation, the cabin enquiry form, the tournament day tabs, the counters for cabins and passengers, and the photograph viewers can all be operated from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline on the item you are on.

03

Text, images and controls

Event, cabin and venue photographs include descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative images are marked so that assistive technology skips them. Controls that show only an icon are labelled in text: for example, the menu button states whether it opens or closes the menu, and the cabin and passenger counters are announced as their own values rather than as bare plus and minus signs.

04

Forms, messages and feedback

Every field on the cabin enquiry form has a visible label, and required fields are marked in text as well as by the field itself. If a request cannot be submitted, the reason is shown as a written message near the form rather than only through colour, and the saved-request confirmation is announced as a status update.

05

Known limitations

Some tournament information is supplied to us as finished poster artwork, so any wording inside those images may not be read out by assistive technology. The same dates, buy-ins and start times are published as text on the Tournaments page and in the day-by-day schedule. The site’s content is in English only. Third-party websites we link to, including media partners and the cruise operator, are outside our control and may follow different accessibility standards.

06

Adjusting the site to suit you

You can enlarge any page using your browser’s zoom, and you can apply your own device settings for text size, colour contrast and reduced motion. The website does not play audio or video automatically, so nothing starts without you choosing it.

07

Telling us about a problem

If you meet a barrier on this website, email tridentpokerseries@gmail.com or message +65 8522 8999 on WhatsApp. Please tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you use, so that we can reproduce it. We will look into the issue, and where a cabin, ferry or tournament arrangement is involved we will help you complete it directly by email, message or phone.

This statement

This statement describes our own website as at October 2026. It is a statement of our intent and current practice rather than a certification of compliance. We will review and update it as the site, our booking process or the applicable guidance changes.

This statement covers the Trident Poker Series website only. It does not describe the websites of the cruise operator, ferry providers, media partners or any other third party we link to.
